They have more oppurtinites than whites? Where exactly?
Yothu Yindi maybe? It's not that I would like to make a mockery of this band, I really love their songs, but what chances do they really have?

If they get born they have a life expectancy 20 years lower than the life expectancy of white Australians. If they grow up then probably with violence and drugs within the community. If they are adult they probably won't get a job. And if those adults get children they probably will have the same problems.

It's kind of repression if you lost your land and if you live in reservation camps, isn't it?
At least there was too much repression as they could forget it too easily, could go on and integrate and assimilate. How should this be possible? Should Whites assimilate or Aboriginals? Or do we expect that it are the Aboriginals that have to assimilate, not the Whites?

I hope the new government goes further with the "saying sorry" policy.
