This is a vast issue, but in essence, you seem to pick on the US, which is amongst the most reasonable of all countries, in this manner.
The power of the Islamic countries & their block managed to keep their genocide in Darfur out of sanctions & world review. (China’s interests within Sudan have a lot to do with it).
Israel was attacked from Lebanon, even though it stands on a border which was marked by the UN. This clearly illegal attack , and the kidnapping of Israeli soldiers (which are still held in Lebanon, with no red cross visits, in spite of UN decisions!).
So, yes, the Arabs deliberately & systematically disregard international law. Not the US.
