It does, in an ironic way, evoke an image of Jesus tipping over the tables of moneylenders in the temple.
Timothy 6:10: "For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows."
It's sort of like distributing condoms with a picture of the Virgin Mary on them.
