Al-Sadr in the South and Center. Some Sunni groups in the West and the Kurds in the North. The worst case scenario is if the Shi'ites just solidifiy control over their territories and keep all the oil for themselves. The Kurds have some oil on their lands too, I believe. I don't think that any group has the power projection to take all of Iraq, and even if they did, it would be destroyed by US airstrikes, and nullified by Saudi support of the Sunni's.
