I vote yes. It should not be a federal offence. It should be up to the individual states to decide. I agree with emptypepsi’s analysis. It should be done slowly over time (like I predict it will. It’s already a measly fine for possession of under an ounce in Oregon.) Many non-drug related things can be done with the plant as well that could start new clean and cheep industries:
