I say yes. Throwing people in jail for a drug that is less addictive and less toxic then alcohol and ciggerates doesn't make since. It's just a tremendous waste in resources and it gives records to people who don't deserve them making it harder for them to get a job. Combine these records that we throw out like candy bars with jail time and you wonder why the crime rate is so high. 40% of the American population admits to having smoked marijuana at one point in their lives. Would those supporting prohibition recommand we throw them all in jail?
