In some circles, a white person who genuinely believes in equality will be termed as even "more racist" than those who are blatant about it because he will be said to be in denial of his own racism, simply because he is white. Sad but true.
What bugs me most about this, is that these people apparently would rather a white person being openly racist than to be nice to minorities.
