I wouldn't say all whites are racist, in that "they consciously think one race is inferior to another or their race is superior".

I do believe all people born and raised in the U.S. have racial bias and also racial denial (meaning in denial about the reality and effect of race in America), especially those in the majority because frankly, they don't need to think about it, ever. Well unless they marry someone who is not white, date them, or are very very close friends with them, etc. Other than that I think most white people are oblivious to racial bias around them or that which they have.

They really have no concept of the sheer power dynamic between being 66% of the population who also holds a majority of economic/political power and the 33% who do not.

I also found that in Asia, the white people from the Anglosphere were the most likely to blow their top when someone Chinese or Japanese (the countries I lived in) openly discriminated against them for being foreign. The black people just expected it and usually didn't say much. The white people were not use to being minorities. It was obvious.
